Earth Day Fest, "Gateway to Green."
The Arkansas Earth Day Festival 2011 will be held 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 23 in Riverwalk Park in North Little Rock. This year's theme is "Gateway to Green."
Thousands of Arkansans typically enjoy this event, which features green products, hand-made crafts, services, food, games and lots of entertainment.
Meet eco-entrepreneurs, chow down on fresh, local, organic food, or even lend a hand to help pick up litter.
It's an event for the whole family. A kids' area will be open for games, demonstrations and recycled crafts.
Bring your recyclable items, including cell phones, ink cartridges, paper and glass.
